The former Mavin First Lady, Tiwa Savage has condemned the attack on Nigerians and has cancelled her performance at the forthcoming DSTV Delicious Festival scheduled to take place in Johannesburg in South Africa.

I refuse to watch the barbaric butchering of my people in SA. This is SICK. For this reason I will NOT be performing at the upcoming DSTV delicious Festival in Johannesburg on the 21st of September. We need more of such reactions. But burning down businesses/ companies owned by them is not a healthy way to react; one reason is many Nigerians work there to make ends meet. I hope things don't escalate.
