al filed by Senator Bashir Marafa and PDP today November 17th, the presiding judge upheld the ruling of the Taraba state election tribunal on September 30th that nullified Marafa's victory and ordered INEC to issue a certificate of return to APC candidate, Yusuf Abubakar.
