Seven Germany players are suffering from flu symptoms, ahead of Friday's World Cup last-4 match against France.
Coach Joachim Low has refused to name the affected players, but said most had "throat aches".
The coach however is yet to announce his starting line-up against 'Les Bleus' saying: "It's two early to make any final decisions."
Low believes journey across Brazil, and different climate zones for their four matches so far has taken its toll on his players.
He added: "It's not all that bad at the moment. I don't want to dramatise it."
Mat Hummels missed Monday's second round win over Algeria through illness, while Christoph Kramer had also suffered with illness earlier in the week.
