Michael Penn, 25, is accused of trying to hide heroin in his baby's diaper while cops arrested him on charges of shoplifting, CBS Philly reports.
The Delaware man was confronted by police in New Castle on Tuesday over an incident in June, when he allegedly stole items from a Verizon store, according to The Smoking Gun.
Penn was carrying his 8-month-old son and 5-year-old daughter at the time. After officers asked Penn to put the kids down, they say they spotted him sliding something into the boy's diaper, according to Delaware Online.
Cops searched the diaper, and say they found 16 bags of heroin marked with names such as "Death" and "Bioshock."
Penn faces a slew of charges, including endangering the welfare of a child and heroin possession.
