Uruguay footballer has played down an alleged bite on Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini, claiming that the incident was no "big deal".
The Liverpool striker, who has been banned for similar offences in the past, appeared to bite Chiellini's shoulder during his side's 1-0 victory of the Italians.
